UV offset printing solution on PET film using UVB ink, UVA transfer adhesive and HA base ink for color-shift effects.

Advantages and key properties

Offset ink fineness ≤3um, viscosity 100,000-130,000 CPS and 100% solid content.
UV transfer adhesive fineness ≤3um, viscosity 4,000-7,000 CPS and gloss ≥60.
Color range includes white, black, yellow, rose, red, purple, cyan green and deep blue.

Structure includes PET film, UV offset printing, UV transfer adhesive, electroplating, black base screen printing and Dain black screen printing.
